Planning Services is a means to prepare for the future of our city, particularly to manage growth, re-development and related activities. The City's 10 year growth plan is called the Comprehensive Plan and deals with land use, all forms of transportation, housing, infrastructure (water, sewer, drainage), parks and recreation, capital budgeting, school facility planning and intergovernmental coordination issues.
